Agar Agar powder from China

We just have salads or sandwiches for our meals. I am craving for something cold and refreshing to ease the heat. All you do is boil your liquid of choice, stir in the powder and then let it sit until it’s firm.  You can vary the amount of agar agar for a looser or firmer set.And I couldn’t resist trying it with some coconut milk; it was a huge hit!  I barely had time to take a picture before we ate it all up!
I am going to make this luscious Pineapple Mac Nut Pie with fresh Lilikoi sauce to top it off with. The pie has a crust of walnuts, pecans and dates. If not, add a little more Cacao Powder, which means you may need to add more sweetener, depending on your taste. Place in paper cups and/or arrange on a plate. Cover and place in the refrigerator so the candy can firm up
Anyway, my summer vacation starts tomorrow, and I will try to share some new recipes with you whenever possible. So, have a great summer everyone!Set aside to cool for about 5 minutes, and scattered the fruits into the agar-agar mixture. When cool, chill the jelly in the refrigerator. Cut as desired and serve chilled.people that have to be met, tasks that have to be accomplished. In between all these “have to be”s, it would be important to get a few moments of pleasure, something done only because you want to do it, because it makes you feel good with the food additives.
Once you start playing with this powder – that is a very natural seaweed extract, vegetal and rich in minerals – you won’t be able to stop, and you’ll try to solidify anything existing naturally in a liquid form.So let’s start the week with a boost of energy, a quick recipe that celebrates and enhances my new love, agar agar.
