General thickener in solution is easy to form mesh structure or with more close water of the groups material, with high viscosity. Anti-obesity effect of flaxseed oil Along with the relative molecular mass increase, mesh structure form the odds of increase, so thickener molecular quality, the bigger the viscosity is bigger also. Thickener higher concentration, increased risk interaction; To increase the water molecules, viscosity. Medium pH value and thickener viscosity and its stability is very close relationship;
High acidity in pop, yogurt and other food additives, appropriate chooses side chain a larger or more, and a large resistance, and hardly happen hydrolytic propy leneglucolalginate ester and xanthan gum, etc.; And sodium alginate and CMC etc is appropriate in soy cheese closer to neutral food in use.
General ─ ─ with temperature, the solution viscosity decreased;
Special ─ ─ sodium chloride to exist, xanthan gum viscosity in-4 ~ + 93 ℃ scope changes very little.

CMC E number is E466
Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is a cellulose derivative with carboxymethyl groups. It is often used as its sodium salt, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. CMC E number is E466 is used in food science as a viscosity modifier or thickener. As a food additive, it has E number E466. It is also a constituent of many non-food products.
Carboxy methyl cellulose is a polymer derived from natural cellulose. CMC is biodegraded aerobically and anaerobically by bacteria commonly found in the environment. Biodegradation produces smaller CMC fragments and sugars. These groups form many hydrogen bonds among adjacent chains, regularly packing the chains together to form stable crystalline regions and giving a complete insolubility in water and in most of the organic solvents.
In laundry detergents it is used as a soil suspension polymer designed to deposit onto cotton and other cellulosic fabrics creating a negatively charged barrier to soils in the wash solution. CMC is also used in the oil drilling industry as an ingredient of drilling mud, where it acts as a viscosity modifier and water retention agent. Aqueous solutions CMC have also been used to disperse carbon nanotubes.
I personally believe that it is the responsibility of the parent to check the foods they are feeding their child and educate them about their food choices. we know that a certain food additive is not safe and one should avoid it, we are totally at a loss of doing anything- cause these days, food additives are found in almost all foodstuff sold anywhere.

CMC E466 food additives
Carboxymethyl cellulose is replaced by product group. According to their molecular weight or degree of substitution, can be completely dissolved or insoluble polymers, which can be as weak acid cation exchanger for separation of neutral or basic proteins. Carboxymethyl cellulose can form high viscosity colloid solution, there is adhesion, thickening, mobility, emulsifying, shaped, water, protective colloid, film forming, acid, salt, and other features for suspension, and no physiological harm, and therefore food, medicine, daily chemical, petroleum, paper, textiles, construction and other fields has been widely used in production. Carboxymethyl cellulose as a food additives.
Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) an anionic cellulose ether, white or slightly yellow flocculent fiber powder or white powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic; soluble in cold water or hot water to form a certain stick degree transparent solution. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is the production of cellulose ethers in the largest, most widely used and most convenient to use the product, commonly known as "industrial monosodium glutamate."
Replacement of the food industry with high degree of CMC for ice cream, canned food, fast cooking of the thickener, beer foam stabilizer. Widely used in dyeing, pesticide processing, pharmaceutical, paper, paint, ceramics, oil and food industry as sizing agent, thickener, emulsifier, emulsion stabilizer, binder, film-forming agent.
CMC is usually made from natural cellulose with caustic alkali and an acid chloride obtained after a reaction of anionic polymers, molecular weight 6400 (± 1 000). Main by-product is sodium chloride and ethanol. CMC is a natural cellulose modification. The present United Nations Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) has officially called it "modified cellulose."

Carboxymethyl cellulose CMC manufacturer
Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is a cellulose derivative, is bound to make the backbone of the glucose monomer hydroxy cellulose carboxymethyl (- CH2 - COOH). It is often used as its sodium salt, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
It is the synthesis of acid base-catalyzed reaction of cellulose. Polar (organic acid) carboxyl groups that soluble fiber and chemical reactions.
As a viscosity modifier or thickener, CMC used in food additives, including ice cream, including a variety of products in order to stabilize the emulsion. It is mainly used because of its high viscosity, is non-toxic, and is hypoallergenic.
Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is also used as a drilling mud composition as a viscosity modifier and water level derived from the behavior of agent.Presumably much lower solubility of the cellulose particles can be retained, while adding enough of the negative oil drilling industry charged carboxyl group with positively charged proteins.
Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) also use ice packs, resulting in a lower freezing point, forming a eutectic mixture, so much ice cooling capacity as thickeners. Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) aqueous solution was also used to disperse carbon nanotubes. It is considered long-term CMC molecules around the nanotubes, so that they disperse in water.
Other food additives: L-Leucine L-Serine Wolfberry Extract

CMC supplier
Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) or cellulose gum is a cellulose derivative with carboxymethyl groups (-CH2-COOH) bound to some of the hydroxyl groups of the glucopyranose monomers that make up the cellulose backbone. It is often used as its sodium salt, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
As a food additive, Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) has E number E466.In laundry detergents it is used as a soil suspension polymer designed to deposit onto cotton and other cellulosic fabrics creating a negatively charged barrier to soils in the wash solution. CMC is used as a lubricant in non-volatile eye drops.Aqueous solutions CMC have also been used to disperse carbon nanotubes. It is thought that the long CMC molecules wrap around the nanotubes, allowing them to be dispersed in water.This practice is limited to the fatigue testing of axial unnotched and notched specimens subjected to a constant amplitude, periodic forcing function in air at room temperature.
Human studies have shown that about 90% of the compound is recovered from the feces The Select Committee on GRAS Substances concludes that, there is no evidence in the available information on sodium carboxymethyl cellulose that demonstrates, reasonable grounds to suspect, a hazard to the public when it is used at levels that are now current or that might reasonably be expected in future.
CMC is used in food additives as a viscosity modifier or thickener, and to stabilize emulsions in various products including ice cream.It is used primarily because it has high viscosity, is non-toxic, and is non-allergenic. In laundry detergents it is used as a soil suspension polymer designed to deposit onto cotton and other cellulosic fabrics creating a negatively charged barrier to soils in the wash solution.
