Vitamins are people and animals to maintain normal physiological function and required for a class of food from trace organic material, and in the human growth and metabolism, development process played an important role. Vitamin content in the L-Malic Acid body a few, but indispensable. The chemical structure of various vitamins and nature although different, but they have a following in common:
(1) all the vitamins to vitamins (vitamin precursor) exists in the form of food in.
(2) the vitamin not a body tissue and cell components, it also won’t produce energy, it is mainly involved in the role of the adjustment of the body to metabolism.
(3) most of the vitamin, the body cannot synthesis or synthetic is enough, and can’t meet the need of the body, often have to get through the food.
(4) the human body of vitamin because of the small, often in demand, mg (mg) or micrograms (μ g) calculation, but once a lack of will trigger the corresponding vitamin deficiency, to human body health damage.
Vitamin and carbohydrate, fat and protein 3 big material is different, in natural food accounted for only rarely proportion, but necessary for human body. Some vitamins such as B6. K, etc as food additives can by animal gut bacteria synthesis, synthetic quantity can meet the needs of the animals. Animal cells can be transformed into tryptophan nicotinic acid (a kind of B vitamins), but need not apply cargoes; Vitamin C in addition to primates (including humans) and other than guinea pigs, and other animals can’s own synthesis. Plants and most microorganisms can their synthetic vitamins, need not supply by in vitro. Many vitamins are auxiliary base or coenzyme component parts.

L-Malic Acid E number is E296
Malic acid is an organic compound with the formula HO2CCH2CHOHCO2H. Malic acid has two stereoisomeric forms. The malate anion is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle. Malate is also synthesized by the carboxylation of phosphoenolpyruvate in the guard cells of plant leaves. Malic acid was first isolated from apple juice by Carl Wilhelm Scheele in 1785.
Please find below our listing of L-Malic Acid suppliers. ICIS Search currently has 14 L-Malic Acid supplier listed. Click on any of the L-Malic Acid suppliers below for more information. L-malic acid is a natural substance found in fruits and vegetables. It is often called "apple acid" because of its high content in that fruit. Malic acid is sometimes added to processed foods to adjust the pH balance. It is also used to acidify wines, acid drinks, fruit juice, soda water and various soft drinks.
However, test on all segments of human population is not possible before providing food safety certificates and categorizing a safe food additive. So, what is the solution then, for avoiding the harmful effects of food additives? There are two ways for this- one, to know what all are the safe additives and what food additives are extremely risky.
