Which foods can supply vitamins

Lack of vitamin A: night blindness, keratitis.
 Rich in vitamin A food: milk, eggs, carrots, vegetables leaf, fish oil, etc.
Lack of vitamin E: infertility, muscle malnutrition;
 Rich in vitamin E food: vegetable oil, milk, eggs and meat.
